Directions:

From Nottingham – Head out on the A612 signed Southwell. Just after the junction with the A6097, (Lowdham roundabout), turn right at the Magna Charta pub into Station Road. Immediately after the railway level crossing turn left into Caythorpe Road, signed Caythorpe. The Old Volunteer pub is on a sharp right hand bend and the club entrance can be found a further 100 metres on the right.

From the A46 – Travel to the junction with the A6097, (Margidunum roundabout), and head north, signed for Doncaster. Proceed up the hill, through the traffic lights and down to the River Trent at Gunthorpe Bridge. Continue until the start of the dual carriageway and turn right before reaching the railway bridge. Turn right again immediately before the railway level crossing into Caythorpe Road, signed Caythorpe. The Old Volunteer pub is on a sharp right hand bend and the club entrance can be found a further 100 metres on the right.

From the north – Use the A6097 following signs for Lowdham. At the junction with the A612, (Lowdham roundabout), turn left. Turn right at the Magna Charta pub into Station Road. From the Southwell area – Use the A612 signed Nottingham. On reaching Lowdham, turn left at the Magna Charta pub into Station Road. The Old Volunteer pub is on a sharp right hand bend and the club entrance can be found a further 100 metres on the right.

LOWDHAM FIELDS

Directions:

From Nottingham – Head out on the A612 signed Southwell. Just after the junction with the A6097, (Lowdham roundabout), Imediately on your left you will see Lowdham Fields. The area of grass will be the cricket pitch, and behind this you will find the football pitches. To your left you will see the Magna Charta pub. We do have an aggreement that you may park in their car park and cross the road to the football pitches.

From the north – Use the A6097 following signs for Lowdham. At the junction with the A612, (Lowdham roundabout), turn left. Imediately on your left you will see Lowdham Fields. The area of grass will be the cricket pitch, and behind this you will find the football pitches. To your left you will see the Magna Charta pub. We do have an aggreement that you may park in their car park and cross the road to the football pitches.

From the Southwell area – Use the A612 signed Nottingham. On reaching Lowdham, turn into the Magna Charta car park and park. If you walk through the car park and cross the road you will find Lowdham Fields.

Directions:

From Southwell: Travel down the A612 until you approach Lowdham with John Harrison’s Peugeot garage on your left. Just after the garage there is a road on the left called Old Tannery Drive, turn left here. Turn immediately left to enter the Lowdham “Magna Meadows” playing field. The car park is in front of the new changing rooms. The pitch is behind the MUGA (Multi Use Games Arena).

From A46 Newark: Travel on the A46 towards Nottingham. When you meet the island signposted Lowdham turn right onto the A6097 towards Gunthorpe. Continue on this road until you enter Lowdham. Continue to the island near to the Magna Charta pub. Turn right towards Southwell on the A612. Take the 3rd right onto Old Tannery Drive (just after the Magna Charta Pub). Turn immediately left and enter the Lowdham “Magna Meadows” playing field. The car park is in front of the new changing rooms. The pitch is behind the MUGA (Multi Use Games Arena).
To access the ground you need to turn onto Old Tannery Drive from Southwell Road then turn immediately left. There is a SMALL car park in front of the changing rooms.

If the car park is full please use the Magna Charta Pub car park on the opposite side of the road.

Other Methods:

Please car share when you visit our ground as car parking is limited. Better still, enjoy a pleasant walk or cycle.

Please do not:

park on the approach road to the MUGA or Old Tannery Drive itself.
bring dogs or any other animals onto magna meadows
park on any grassed area
